The Bits & Pieces pattern is a great way to use up and show off your favorite scraps. Quilted in a chevron and bubble pattern, the original used has a white background and shot cotton in a denim color to make the quilt pop.
This pattern was updated in 2015 using the Doe collection designed from by Carolyn Friedlander. The second version was quilted in an allover wavy line.
The updated pattern now includes directions for a modern churn dash back making this quilt reversible. You get directions for both sides in this pattern. Finished quilt top is 63” x 84” and the back is 4″ wider all around for easier quilting on a longarm. It is very easy to adapt this pattern for a larger bed just make the panels longer to make it wider and add entire panels to make in longer.
